Day 1 will have consisted on getting up to Oban for the Caledonian MacBrayne Clyde & Hebridean Ferries (CalMac to you and me!) and travelling to the tiny little port of Scalasaig on the Isle of Colonsay. We recommend you arrive on the Saturday evening for the 4:45pm departure from Oban, and that gets to Scalasaig at 7:20pm – a beautiful 2.5 hour mini-cruise!
We shall meet you at the port (where you will want to immediately start taking photographs – but that is worth waiting for!) and be driven the 15 minutes to our farmstead on the south-eastern coast. Here, your evening meal awaits, and Johnny will outline the numerous photographic opportunities for the coming week.
